3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless specified
• Payment terms are strictly as per agreed terms with individual customers
• We accept various payment methods including cash, cheque, and bank transfers
• Full payment may be required before shipment for new customers

4. Orders and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and quantity
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery
• Delivery charges are additional unless otherwise specified
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Quality Assurance and Warranty

8. Limitation of Liability

A.N. GUPTA STEEL PVT.LTD's liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of purchase price. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

• Always handle scissors with care and keep away from children
• Use scissors only for their intended purpose
• Do not disassemble or modify the product
• Store in a safe place when not in use
• Follow all safety instructions provided with the product

10. Governing Law
